Yes, the last time we went, they did! Any place open Christmas eve? Maybe some year, we can have a buffet for those of us who have no families to be with, that night! Of course, it would have to be with people that were not offended by cocktails!

We went to Monets last night, you can tell when Joan is not there. We had to stand and wait about 15 minutes when we could see empty tables. I finally spoke to the cashier and she seated us. I guess from now on, I will just seat myself. But the food was good as usual. I wonder if anyone ever tips the cook? Pete has cooked at all of our favorite restaurants, Charlies, the Village, and now Monets. He always gives us so much food. Dave was there last night, but he was sitting out front, so we know Pete was doing the cooking.

I overheard this while waiting to be seated at Monet's Wednesday night! Two couples were walking out and they said they had heard that the best place to have dinner in this area, was Soup2nutz and they could hardly wait to try it.
