I have heard that sometimes the wait is long there.

Well maybe someone can tell me what they ate that was so good there.

I did not see hashbrowns or breakfast potatoes on the menu, I did not see chicken fried steak or anything really.

A few breakfast sandwiches and eggs and meat, that was what I saw, so we left. Plus I needed my morning ice tea and sweet tea is too sweet for me.

If you are talking about the bisquit house, The only thing I ever had was a bisquit to go. I have never been to the Griddle place. I never seem to eat breakfast out unless I am going on a trip.

I've gone to the busquit house a few times, the BR and Millies was closed and it was very slow. One order at a time. I didn't think it was all that great.

I heard the sawmill was good, but we don't like noisy places. Gary stopped their once to talk to the owner about building and he said it was a madhouse. We get headaches in noisy places. (old age??)

I was a fixture in the Sawmill till Millie sold it, then I sort of backed off breakfast every morning, need to lose a few pounds.
Still do!

Believe me the breakfast at the Sawmill is very good.

Their bacon is apple bacon, their sausage is really fabulous, not normal....their gravy for the buscuits and gravy is very good.

Joan's new restaurant will not be buffet! I told her to serve something that I might like, but she wants me to stay at Monets. Pete, the main cook wants to go over there, but she is keeping him at Monets.

Well I'm excited.

I like the Pollo thing at Monte Alban's but their tacos and enchiladas are not good, so I hope this place is tasty!

I've always gone to mexican and got a taco and enchilada and there aren't any good ones around here. My boy always ate a cheese enchilada and he won't eat the one at Monte Alban's either.

I'd still go to Monte Alban's for their Pollo thinger though, it's yummy!

What is a pollo thing? I have only eaten mexican once and I don't like it. I like tacos if I make them, but I just use plain hamburger. The kind you buy taste different. Joan is looking for someone to haul a bunch of equiptment away from the old Village restaurant. ( the new gecko place, isn't that a lizard?)

The Biscuit House is just what the name said when it first opened up. YOU COULD ONLY GET BISCUITS THERE.. It is very limited but Cheryl has slowly added things along the way that people would request. I agree that sometimes she runs outta biscuits but she makes them fresh and them suckers are huge. I can tell when Cheryl makes them cause they are SOOO GOOD. Moral is, it started out just as a BISCUIT HOUSE..

Well when I'm craving a buscuit I will try it once more.

Coosa the Pollo thing, can't remember the name is shrimp and chicken or you can get the steak and shrimp and chicken one and it's in a tasty sauce with cheese melted on it I believe.

It comes with the rice and beans, but also soft tortillas so you can eat it like a fajita kind of thinger.

It's really, really good.

Cherry, you need to go out with my in laws, you eat so early. I understand that the sawmill makes their own sausage now that they can't buy chambers.

Oh yes we eat dinner at lunch or when the bugger comes home from school, then we have time to burn it off, plus I only eat one meal a day, so that's a long wait as it is.

Pollo, Pancho, yep that's what I meant, that thinger is soooo good.

But don't talk to me about food now.

Rib Country in Murphy does not have beef ribs, we were wrong, luckily we called first so we went elsewhere.

I personally like the pork ones better, but I guess that's what he had in mind, so we turned to steak.
