Shelbyfoot, I am not going to recommend any hot tub dealer, but just offer some learned advice. ALL hot tubs, regardless of make will require regular service. The air switches, switches etc will begin to wear out with more frequency as you use it. So, service is the key--use the dealer with the most experience, need I say more. I learned the hard way!!!! Protection from freezing is very important. I prefer a bromide, no chlorine based water treatment. If this is your first tub, you will learn from experience, how to use the chemicals, when to use them and most of all---you will certainly know you have been using the tub a lot when you get your electric bill. Good luck and enjoy. Shucks

We bought our Jacuzzi hot tub from them 3 yrs ago and are very satisfied with their service.(Prompt, knowledgeable, professional).Shucks is right..tubs need repair every now and then so "service" is important. We've had 3 repairs. Each one cost us $50 and the rest was taken care of under warranty. We have a 5 yr warranty and that has saved us several hundred dollars in repair/replacement. Good luck!
