I am far from an expert, but here goes.

You might go to the State Board of Education website for specific info. I have sporadically kept up with it for about 3 years.

The SAT average is about "middle of the pack" for all schools in Ga. The graduation rate is a little less than is desired but is about average for the rural schools in N. GA. The crime rate is low.

The main deficits I see is lack of foreign languages in high school,a so so science and math department. Teacher to student ratio is good.

It is just like any other school, it has it's good points. mediocre points, and bad points. To sum up, a student will get as much out of the school as they are willing to work and to put into their studies.

Overall, rates as average for all schools and above average for most rural area schools.
