I have noticed for years,property advertized as being commercial.Since there are no zoning laws in this county(I believe)how can property be considered commercial?WRJ

If it's already set up for commercial purposes, then they sell it as commercial. For instance, a big metal building with a concrete floor couldn't very well be sold as a residential home.

I've also seen them mark something as commercial when it's desirable more for commercial purposes rather than residential, such as when business begin to encroach on the the area.

Well, thanks for such good information on commercial property. As there are many online service provider http://johnpostma.com/ which provides you best deal in all. There are top realtors in grand rapids which are doing very great job and provides better opportunities.
