To all who did't attend the high school chorus concert last night at 1st Baptist, you missed probably the best concert since I have lived in Blairsville.
I like themed concerts and this one fit the bill. Good originalty, the kids had fun and the music was great.
The only weakness I found was no Elvis song in the 1960's portion.

It was indeed a great concert. They did a fantastic job (and I'm not saying that just because my daughter was up there singing!)
Alicia Covington is such a treasure for our school system. She brings such an energy, enthusiasm, and level of positive instruction to our school's choral programs that really drives these kids to do their best.
