Anyone know about how much those single wide mobile cabins cost? Also, anyone know roughly the going rate for a spetic system; permits, perc, install?

Spam, the cabins vary in price. I have seen them for 19,000 up to 26,000. Try a web site call Superior Park, I think most are made in South Georgia.Septic system permit is $150., Level 3 soil test is 300. Septic system will run you about 2200, depending on several factors peculiar to your site. If just a 1br+bth, you may get it for 1900. Shucks |
