Anyone know the county code for setback from property lines? This is unrestricted land. I am "thinking" about building another house and just seeing how close it can be to the property line.

shucks

Spam, you can get a copy of the code at the zoning office.

I believe the setbacks are 15' per side, unsure about rear and front to accessible access.

Health department has different reg's about the septic tank and distances.

Good luck

Spam, just be careful about unrestricted property, that usually means the property surrounding you is unrestricted also. Anything could "pop up" next to you and there is not a thing you could do about it. If all property is already developed and you can see what is there then less caution is needed but aways consider that unrestricted for you means unrestricted for them also.

Nope It's not restricted, but the property around it is on 3 sides and I own the 4th. Isn't restriction it a beautiful thing! It makes for quite nervous & civil neighbors.
