Anyone have any idea what's going on with Wellborn Mountain (on the south side of town)? Someone's clear cutting a lot of trees and there are dirt roads running all up and down it. I noticed that myself Chris. I know the old fellow who owns most of that property, his family has been here forever. He tried building a couple of homes in there about 6 years ago, but the noise factor is so loud he wasn't successful with his lot sales. It sure looks bad though.
