This Sunday's Atlanta Journal and Constitution will offer two scenic drives in its Travel section that offers two routes to folks that want to take advantage of the many festivals in the area or want to go leaf-watching.
One of the drives focuses on the Georgia Mountain Parkway or better know locally as GA Hwy 515, so passes through Blairsville. The other route goes from Dahlonega over Hwy 52 towards Ellijay, then taking 76 over to Morganton to pick up GA 60, which takes them (passing through Suches) back to Dahlonega after joining back up with Hwy 19.
