Well, our local paper came today and there was no mention of the Designer Threads story.It's like it never happened. Oh, except the husbands name was listed in tiny letters in the "Arrest Report" section. Ace reporting. Uh, I meant ace sweeping-under-the-rug! 
Wildflower Sometimes I get the feeling the whole world is against me.
But deep down, I know that's not true.
Some of the smaller countries are neutral.

I always wondered when we advertised in the classifieds.. and did our baby announcements, WHY ON EARTH did we have to have them turned in by FRIDAY? Then the woman told me.. we send them to press on Friday for the prior weeks coverage. OOO I said.. I understand.. so it was always the next weeks paper if it was not turned in any sooner than Friday. I dunno if its that way over there tho. Or if its still that way here for that matter.Anne Frank said,

Well, DoC,They managed to get the husband's name on the arrest list, so they had plenty of time to cover the story. Something like this is pretty big news in a small town. Except . . . evidently, it's NOT!

So let's discuss the bag lady's background.Is she a daughter of a good ole' boy and is she a flatlander? Can she buy her way out of this or not? Wildflower I do hope you got me one of the knock off Coach's, I can unstitch the label and put sew it back on straight.

Saw the video of the "bag" deal in Hiawassee. It is my understanding that the lady( very loose definition) chairs either the school board or Bd. of Education. Such a wonderful role model for the kids of Towns County. Selling illegal goods, lying on TV, husband arrested for assualt. What kind of mentality are we dealing with? Where do these people come from and how do they get elected?Shucks, |

I agree with Shucks, what kind of role model is she for the kids? What kind of role model is the Stephens boy for the kids?? It's a shame that our teachers and staff are becoming so corrupt! Kids are smart these days and catch on to alot! We may think they don't know what's going on, but believe me, they do!
