Heck, I just saw Bonnie today and she didn't say anything about it.  Yes, they are VERY nice people.

The thrift store on Old Blue Ridge Highway just down from New Hope Fellowship Baptist Church is closing.

If coming from direction of town, there on the right just before you get to Shotgun Alley....um...River Road...um...Airport Industrial Blvd (whatever they call it now). Right there next to where B.L. had his car place. How's that for directions (I'm guessing I lost few from out of town)?

I really hate to hear the Thrift Store is closing. Does anyone know why? It was a great little place to "prowl" for bargains!

Ummm, Shadow, I'm still confused. I'm new to the area. I do know where the Hole in the Wall is and the 5 & 10!

I think we will see a few more too. Very bad times here since the economy is so dependent on realestate.

2CC, Tuckers is right next door to the Hole in the Wall.  They have a beautiful little shop with antiques and other goodies.  They have such a beautiful store front, and they are such sweet people too.  Very sad to see them go.

Found out today that Plymart Lumber yard in Ellijay closed on Monday.  They just were not getting enough business.  Blue Ridge is still open.

What happened to the real estate agency that was located at McDonald's? They moved out and another place from the square moved in??

Coosa I heard that lady went back to FL. But it was just leased anyway from the person who has owned it all along and he moved back in. Does that make sense?
