Y'all be careful out there! It's expected to get ugly. Here's a link to Channel 2's forecast....http://www.wsbtv.com/news/13504432/detail.html

It did indeed get very ugly. I had to drive to work in that downpour and could barely see where I was going!

Glad we got the rain though!

We are under another watering ban. Looks like their is no end in sight for this hot, dry weather! The ferns that border my yard are all turning brown and wrinkling up.

The rain we got last night and early this morning was so nice. It was wonderful to drive down the road without a cloud of dust behind me!

Well, I have been seeing small flurries off and on today, as have my kids. They are bugging me 'cause they want to go out and "play in the snow!" I guess it's still new to them even though we had last Winter here...you can take the kid out of Florida, but you can't take Florida out of the kid! LOL!

Yes, I saw flurries at the gas pump & thought it was just dust coming off my dirty van. Hubby said it was snowing on top at Neel's Gap!!!

Well, it's 37 degrees here right now and we are showing the possibility of "patchy frost" for tonight. I'm not much of a cold weather person - I'll be cold from now until April! Please do me a favor - try to keep all the snow up there!

I had 26 at our house this morning. Frost on the car. Looks like I need to start heating the car up in the morning before heading off.
My "remote" starter is usually still in bed. Grrr!

I'm in the office and my toes are cold!  Hubby won't let me burn candles in here because I have been known to forget about them and leave, so I have my candle holder in front of my little heater and it's making my office smell real purdy.  I can't wait for him to come in and say have you been burning that candle again ? and I can say no.
