HS Teach, I showed your home 2 weeks ago, it is very nice, my couple was older and worried about all of the steps but I will keep it in mind and show it again. The location will sell it!!! Competition is fierce!!!!!

Well, since it seems that practically NOTHING is selling these days, we have decided to put our house up for rent. However, if the right person comes along, we'll be happy to sell! If you guys come across someone who needs to rent a nice home with a great yard which is close to town, refer them to this topic in the forum!

Well, it worked! We receive about a dozen calls on the house to rent, plus three who were interested in buying. An offer was made, and we accepted. Whew!
