MARCH 12 Family Resources of Cherokee County is hosting “Nurturing Program,” developed by Dr. Stephen Bavolek. The 12-week program is designed for children ages 5-11 and their parents. It will meet from 4-6 p.m. each Wednesday at Family Resources, when families will gather for a light supper. The children will then be entertained with fun activities while parents explore the philosophy of the program. Deadline to register is Monday. To register, call at 837-3460 or stop by Family Resources on Central Street, Murphy.
