In light of the anticipated weather problems tomorrow morning has anyone heard of school closing. I went on internet and Cherokee County Ga.schools are already posting they will be closed tomorrow.Shucks Edited by - shucks on 01/31/2007 6:22:47 PM |

No, but I was wondering as well Shucks.. Murphy radio was announcing some closings for places of business but they announced freq. that they only announce school closings so I reckon people was callin and askin if theirs would be open.. hmmm"We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success. I will certainly be checking up until I go to bed tonight. Would like to NOT be waking up the kids at 5:30, like last time, if I don't need to. I think we can pretty much plan that there won't be any school...but until we receive that "official" word...hmmm...

I hear ya! Ive been outside and felt a dramatic change in the weather and coldness.. brrr.. HOT CHOCOLATE!!and yeah.. would be nice not to get the kids woke up if they could be sleepin.. and warm! Last time they didnt call Enfan either she said and her kids stood outside for 45 minutes waiting on the bus.. she finally asked me.. and bless! I heard on WSB's weather, we could get up to 3 inches of snow! It is supposed to start sometime around 3:00 a.m.

I guess it goes without saying, but I have to say it...SNOWWWWWWWWWWWWW DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Oh yeah, it's a snow day, oh yeah, it's a snow day! WOO HOO! Honey BEE your dancing worked! LOL! I NEVER thought there would be a day where I can't wait to wake up my kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is their first REAL snow ever! We had that light snowfall and they were so excited, just wait until they see this! I just hope it lasts a little while, to play in, before the rain starts!

I got the call from that school at 6 a.m. and last time it never called. What do they do...Go in alphabetical order on each "closing">? LOL!I'm too blessed to be stressed! |

LOL, got that starbucks liquer too, hmmm that's stuff is good, we could put it in our coffee and the kids wouldn't know the difference (until one of us fell) ROTF!

I got the phone call from the school!! They called me at 5:50 am!!!!!!! The recording said NO SCHOOL!! WOOOO HOOOO!! I love it, I hope it stays around for awhile!!!
