My Granny lives on Track Rock area and she doesn't have nothing! Just rain. Another friend of ours lives on Fairview, she has nothing. That is only about 5 miles from here. That is odd! I guess we are in the elevation above 1700 feet they were talking about.

Well, there's nothing in town either which suits me just fine. Paprclip would have insisted on going sledding. Grandpa's gone and I have the flu bug so there's no one to go with him. He's big enough to go alone except for the fact that he could get hurt and no one would know it. And he just can't get that thru his thick skull. Don't know where he gets it from.LOL Probably Grandpa.

Talked to LJ around 1:30. He was already at the airport and was just waiting to board. He said that it was just flurring then. What is it doing in Atlanta now? If he left on time, he should be close to ATL now. I'm not sure how long his layover is but he is suppose get to Jacksonville around 8.

The NWS in peachtree city has issued a winter weather advisory, which is in effect from 9 pm this evening to 6 am est Sunday.
This advisory area is generally along and north of a line from lafayette, to ellijay, to dahlonega, to cleveland. An upper level low pressure area will move across north georgia tonight. Cold air will be in place, with temperatures at or below freezing overnight. Periods of snow showers are possible as a result. Some additional accumulation of up to an inch can be expected. At higher elevations, an inch or two will be possible. This will make travel difficult on bridges and overpasses and some secondary roads.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Finally it's snowing in town too. Told paprclip he couldn't go out to sled if he didn't clean up around his bed. He put it off all day long until now. Thank goodness. The cat's just love to get all his stuff and play. I'm tired of chasing them down. Now they won't have anything to play with but their own stuff.
