Okay went to Sunrise, got the boiled peanuts, yummy!

Got the butt rub, strawberry jelly, delicious, really good and got the bbq sauce. They did not have the pies today, but they are Mercier's so why drive. I got their number to see when they get them in.

Cute shop!

Cherry, I hope you didn't eat the "butt rub" and Strawberry jelly at the same time!

Anyway, I wonder if Sunrise is getting more business because of these comments?

Cherry, it is still worth the drive to Mercier. They have sooooo much more stuff than what we've mentioned here. Like those apple fritters (yum), and all kinds of ciders and sauces and garden stuff. It's a pretty big place.

I have only been to Mercier's once, but was very impressed with all the choices there. It is really a place to visit.

Now I want to go to the place that DoC mentioned. Was it in Ellijay and what was the name? Can it really be better than Mercier's!? WoW!

I've never been, but I have seen the other apple place. It's further down and on the left side on your way down. You can't miss it, it's big, but I've not been in.

However I will.

Mercier's Vidalia onion salad dressing is terrific. Don't care that much for the jams and preserves they sell....too sweet for me.

I gave the builder's boys my extra peanuts. What do you do with the boiled peanuts. They are soggy how do you save them?

Are they only good when hot? Do you have to refrigerate them?

Reheat them to eat them again? They are kind of soggy so it seems if you keep them out they would get moldy.

I think Maddy said you keep them refrigerated and can reheat them in the micro wave.

Cherry, I put them in the fridge, if we have any left over. Then, I'll eat them cold or just toss them.

Stress free is across the street from Blairsville Animal Hospital, next to George's Hometown Pharmacy.

Thanks but that really doesn't help me seeing as I don't where the animal hospital and pharmacy are. Do you have the address? I can look it up on the map.

I think she had some, & I'm sure she can get it too. Do you know where Amerigas is on 129 South & the Circle K right across from there? It's that shopping center. There's a fabric store in there too.
