I always mean to try it, but I never get to it.

The best barbeque I've ever had is "ghetto" barbeque...at least that's what my Black friends in FL call it.

Dos Geckos is a "Wood Fired Rotisserie Grill" with that Tex/Mex flair. Menu looks darn good!

I agree, I thought there would be nothing for me to eat because I don't like mexican, but there is plenty of stuff on the menu I like. Gary fixed her broken gecko and I am going to get another one for her as a gift. (It lights up, don't tell Joan)

You all a needin a great sauce. Well here she goes.

1 gal. apple cider vinegar
1 qt. wesson oil
1 lg. box lawry seasoned salt
1/4 to 1/2 box black pepper
Lots of salt

mix all together in a large slop bucket. when you think you have enough salt, add some more.

place meat on grill (offset heat) for 2 - 3 hours. turn over so fat side is down. baste meat continusilly as fat burns off. best to use the kitchen mop fer bastin but the paint brush that you did the barn with will do jest fine.

Last, invite me over when it's done.

This is like a caroline style sauce but it is to kill for. Works great on possum.

Went to Chef's kitchen in hiawasee for lunch, it took 35 minutes to serve us, even though we knew the chef and said we were in a rush. It was okay. Expensive.

My shrimp taco was covered in cream cheese. It was okay.

Went to Yacht club for wings and it was real yummy! We had a great time.

Dang that breakfast sampler is so yummy.

Then the boss brought us to lunch at Crossroads.

I am so stuffed.

The cod was good.

I got an e mail from someone, who says that Ollies has changed their menu a lot. Last I heard,it was all seafood, so I could not go there. I will have to try it again.
