SC, we take company to Enrico's or the Resort. But I hear the Chef's Table is supposed to be good...haven't tried it yet though.

As far as stars, ours look mighty pretty on clear nights!

There is a new place in Andrews where the menu changes weekly, I hear is suposed to be good. For just plain old good food, I don't think you can beat shoebooties in Murphy.

Well Fieldstones is closed for re opening so I would have to say Brasstown Valley Resort is certainly a pretty place to take guests to ritzy surroundings.

I've heard awesome things about the golf course in Murphy? Go right where McDonalds is. Might have them fax you a menu and find out more about their rating.

In Hiawassee up on a hill near main street or past is a steak house with views that looks to be very nice. Good for guests. Drive by and check it out.

Anyone been there or know the name?

Well I've heard good things about it. I say go get a menu and ask around. I've heard it's nice, though I've never seen it or been there.

It's a date thing and I never have one.

Alt Heidelburg is awesome and expensive, but you have to like German Food. I do, so to me it's a God sent.

Paul's was more packed in the restraunt department in Helen, so I bet their rating is higher?

I can't recall if either were fancy? I don't think very fancy, just nice.

I have been to Paul's to dance. Since I don't like german food, we usually eat at Wendy's!.

The Saw Mill is excellent. I meant to post that already.lol. I liked it anyways but my fav place is still Grind and Glazes.tee hee

The girl me and hunny and momma sat with last nite pointed out that Joans husband is the culinary arts whatever there at the college and he is very nice. She said he and Joan are WONDERFUL and not the reason she quit but shes starting cosmotology school soon at the college and she makes more money and less to cope with at the SawMill... Im proud for her. She said that the turn over for tables is alot faster and people are very friendly there.

Several of the cooks at Monets have graduated or are students at the culinary school. Dave Drake is the teacher.

I didn't realize that gal had moved over to Saw Mill. I'll see her next time we're in.
Hey! Did someone say 'cooktop at Asiano's'? We're going tonight for hubby's b-day! I hope the kids behave. I may have to feed them before we go.

Shew! We had a benefit dinner one night for a county funded building and let me say the meat was good but them durn green beans were...YUCK! I looked at the chef and said "Now I'll snap these beans while you do that!" and he said "Oh no we do it this way!" Uck! But the rest of the meal was delightful! It really was. But them greenbeans! Hubby came by and looked at them later that night and gave me one of his "quirked looks" and asked if I was eating Northern food tonight. I said Ummm they are! LOL!

I'm sorry if I offended anyone here the other day. i was trying to offend the offended and make him/her(pinkpig) lighten up & realize along with everyone else, the fun Coosa has with Mr. Miami.
It wasn't said to offend anyone. If anything, it would be a compliment to a man who know's more about Christianity that anyone I know.
