I have been anticipating for the almost 22 years I have lived here. Joan is painting the walls of her new restaurant, pink, I think. I asked about buffet and she said they are changing their mind back and forth.

Ok...My name is Nativelady and I am addicted to Grinds and Glazes~ Yep I admit it. I normally take my lunch but me and one of my bestest buds at work have been ordering that chicken salad! Oh me~ I won't order anything else but that. It's delicious~

And that lil feller that delivers to us at the office is a sweetie too~He's always so kind. So patient. I like their service too~

Cherry, they have an awsome sandwhich platter for when you have company. They have a variety of different sandwhiches on it or you can get all the same. Their donuts remind me soo much of Dunkin Donuts.

I like the salads there, but to say that they are friendly in there isn't true for me. They act like they don't want to be there at all.
No smiles, no thank you, nada.

I've eaten from there several times, but have only been inside there once. Had to pick up our lunch order...they didn't have anyone to deliver that day.

Ive been twice. The first time was umm a while ago and nope wasnt friendly, then I went in there hmmm.. bought a week or so ago and they had called in a platter. They usually want 24 hr notice and they catered to my needs. They had twice the staff and looked like they were on the ball with things so to say. No one had to wait for much at all and the two that waited on me were as friendly as can be and I had taken some change in with me and they didnt act one bit upset.. try that anywhere else and they look at you like.. OMGOSH HERE WE GO.

I think they have made the changes that were needed...

That's good to know. I KNOW that look!! I got that look from an owner of a restaurant in town that I saw at the grocery store. He looked at me like I had 5 eyeballs on my head! That said it all!

Well I am glad to hear those looks don't only come my way. I alway go look in the mirror to see if I have writing across my face or something.

This was the look of "oh, it's you!" I guess praising his food and bringing business to him wasn't good enough. Oh well.

Went to Rib Country to meet my hubby, father in law & step MIL. Good lunch! When we were leaving, Cherry came in!! She's so sweet!

Is it big enough for that? It looks like a single wide trailor from the side with stucco on it? UMM.. NO OFFENCE BUT IT DOES and me and hunny went there for our anniversary one year and I just dont see the space for a buffet without it being cramped?

I know the place will be colorful, orange and turquoise inside. Just be glad we have some place to go, the town I spent the last 3 days in has one place to eat and it has "golden arches"

We stopped to eat at the Buscuit House this morning, to try it out and they did not have unsweet tea and their menu was very limited.

We got up and left.
