Hubby's helper called from Dawsonville this morning and their power was out so he just told him to stay put today.

They say that the weather east of us is pretty bad. We were lucky!

Well it looks cold out there, below freezing, but in New York, it is 50 degrees! I love it when it is sunny like today, even if it is cold.

The roads were icy here this morning. Just got that info awhile ago. Amazingly they didn't call of school. Fannin was closed and surrounding counties except us and Towns. I know that my grass looks like glass crystals. Ice and frost! Plum Perdy! Well I am ready for a good snow. One of them kind that you can stay in...have plenty of food to make chilli and soup...drink hot chocolate...be on the puter and then wrap up in a blanky and just relax! Hadn't wanted any much since '93 but I'm over that and ready! LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW! Hubby would shoot me if he heard me saying that. He has to work in it regardless. Well I do too...what am I talking about? Our office doesn't close either for snow! LOL!

I wish they had delayed school an hour or two. We rode to school in complete silence with no radio, white knuckles and tensed up body! lol

It was better on the way back.

It's suppose to snow and sleet tonight.....6 inches or more! 3

Not! But I wish! Heck, I'm wanting a foot..Hubby agreed! He is totally so worn out from his job. Has been on pain pills this week and HE NEVER takes stuff like that but the pain got to where he couldn't walk. But he still worked. Just watching him makes me sad how strong and determinded he is. He hobbled in the house awhile ago.

Ok...back to topic...Let It Snow Let It Snow!

Good morning to all and Merry Christmas. I was wondering what the forecast is for the rest of the year. We will be back up after Christmas, before New Years. Any luck of snow?

Rain & Sleet last night. Looks like sleet now too. Why can't we just see some pretty white stuff coming down?

You've got to be kidding me, it's been sunny and gorgous on our side today. Went to pick up some medicine and it was pretty. No sign of snow.

It suddenly got drastically cold outside right now. Bet if it rained now it would snow?

Dont know if it will snow, it certainly looks like it. I am sitting at home with a sore back again, so a little snow would be nice!
