I got my taxes today & they are fine. Is it next year that they will be going up?
I still hate it that the due date is Dec. 20th!! Merry Christmas to you!Shaken, dirty, 4 Olives. |

We got one of ours and it wasnt bad. We'll be getting the one for the new property as soon as the previous owner sends it. I'm glad they give you 4 months to pay it. That will help. I just feel sorry for my grandma, last year hers was over 3000.00.Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes. |

Mine went up from last years. I have to come up with over $2000. I hate that they are due right before christmas too. Then my house insurance is due the next month. ugh!!

We got our tax bills today, too. We were expecting them to be much higher than they were, especially the one for the house. The December due date is awful. Wish they would change that.

There is just something about giving them a couple thousand dollars 4 months before you have to!!

Well, I'll just go ahead an pay mine. I just moved my daughter to Athens this past Saturday and between the college bills, the gasoline and the taxes, don't think I worry much about Christmas. I'll just make a pitcher of Mijitos' and look out the front window.

The tax bill for the land in Laurel Brook was like 146.00 I think. No house on it tho.
